Every Cari order is dispatched from our Delhi facility, insured in full, and tracked until the moment it reaches you. A signature is required on delivery to keep your piece safe.
Where we ship
Across India.
We ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no minimum value.
Dispatch and delivery timeline
- In-stock pieces: dispatched within 2 business days.
- Made-to-order pieces: dispatched within 10 to 14 business days.
- Metro delivery: 2 to 3 business days from dispatch.
- Non-metro delivery: 4 to 7 business days from dispatch.
Timelines may extend marginally during peak festive windows. You will be kept informed.
Tracking, signature and safety
- A tracking link is sent by email and WhatsApp at dispatch.
- Packages are insured from our facility to your address.
- A photo ID and signature are required on delivery. If unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery up to two times.
- Please do not accept any package that appears tampered with. Record a short unboxing video if possible - it helps us resolve claims quickly.
2.Returns & Refunds
Your first piece should feel right.
If it does not, return it within 15 days of delivery. No questions asked on in-stock pieces.
The return window

Initiate a return from your account or by writing to care@carifinejewels.com. We will arrange a complimentary insured pickup within 2 to 4 business days.
What can be returned
- All in-stock pieces, unworn and in original condition.
- Original packaging, certificates and invoice included.
- Tamper-evident tag intact.
What cannot be returned
- Made-to-order designs.
- Pieces that have been altered or resized post-delivery.
- Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons.
- Pieces returned without their original certificate or tamper-evident tag.
How refunds work
- Processing time: refunds are initiated within 3 business days of quality inspection.
- Credit time: 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original card, UPI ID or bank account.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded to a bank account of your choice, via NEFT. Details are collected at return initiation.
A quality check takes 1 to 2 business days once the piece reaches our facility. If a piece shows signs of wear, alteration or damage, we will contact you before processing.
3.Exchange
Minds change. Pieces should be able to, too.
Exchange any in-stock Cari piece within 30 days of delivery, for any other piece of equal or greater value.
How it works
- Request an exchange from your account or by writing to care@carifinejewels.com.
- We arrange a complimentary insured pickup of the original piece.
- Once received and inspected, you may select a replacement from our current collection.
- The replacement piece is dispatched as per standard dispatch timelines.
Pricing the exchange
- Equal value: no additional charges.
- Greater value: pay the difference at current rates.
- Lesser value: the balance is issued as a Cari credit note, valid for 12 months.
Conditions
- One exchange per order.
- The original piece must be unworn, in original condition, with certificate, invoice and tamper-evident tag intact.
- Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange.
4.Order Cancellation
Until it leaves us, it is still yours to reconsider.
You may cancel any order before it is dispatched, directly from your account or by writing to care@carifinejewels.com.
Before dispatch
Full refund.
Cancellation requests before dispatch are processed at no charge. Refunds are credited within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
After dispatch
Treated as a return.
Once dispatched, a cancellation is handled under our Returns policy. Please refer to section 2.
Made-to-order pieces
Cancellable within 24 hours.
Made-to-order pieces may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this window, production begins and the order becomes non-cancellable.
5.Lifetime Exchange
Your relationship with a Cari piece is not limited to 30 days.
Every Cari piece carries a lifetime exchange value. You can trade it in against a new Cari piece, at any time, at the current value of its gold and diamonds.
What you receive
- Gold value: 100% of the gold weight, valued at the current day's Cari rate.
- Diamond value: 100% of the current market value of the certified diamonds, assessed at the time of exchange.
- Coloured stones: no value.
What is deducted
- Original making charges are not refunded on exchange (this is how the industry works; we are transparent about it).
- A nominal refining or reassessment fee may apply where relevant.
Conditions
- The new Cari piece must be of equal or greater value than the credit issued.
- Original Cari invoice and authentication certificate are required.
- The piece must be identifiable as a Cari piece and in a refinable condition.
Lifetime exchange applies to Cari pieces only. For jewellery purchased from Vasundhra Jewellers or other brands, please speak with us separately.
6.Buyback
Jewellery should hold its worth, honestly.
You can return any Cari piece to us for a cash buyback. The valuation is transparent, declared up front, and settled directly to your account.
How we value your piece
- Gold: 90% of current Cari gold rate, applied to the certified gold weight.
- Diamonds: Up to 80% of the current market value of the certified diamonds, assessed at the time of buyback.
- Coloured stones: no value.
The process
- Request a buyback quote at care@carifinejewels.com.
- Send the piece to us via an insured courier we arrange (complimentary).
- Our facility assesses metal purity and stone certification. This takes 3 to 5 business days.
- A final quote is shared with you. On acceptance, the amount is credited within 5 to 7 business days.
What you need
- Original Cari invoice and authentication certificate.
- A government-issued photo ID matching the invoice name, for KYC compliance.
Buyback is offered at the discretion of Cari and is subject to the piece being authentic, intact and refinable. Rates are indicative and may vary with market conditions on the day of valuation.
7.Certification & Quality
What is promised is what is sent. Always.
Every Cari piece is certified, hallmarked and documented. You receive the same piece you see on our site, with the specifications you are quoted at checkout.
Metals
- Gold: 9Kt, 14Kt, 18Kt and 22Kt - all BIS hallmarked, with a unique HUID visible on the piece. The karat for each design is specified on its product page.
- Finish: polished, matte or textured, as specified per design.
Diamonds
- Certification: IGI certified. Every diamond, including solitaires, carries a grading report from the International Gemological Institute.
- Quality: SI clarity, with near-colourless GH, HI or IJ grades depending on the piece. The exact grade is specified on each product page.
- Origin: natural diamonds, ethically sourced. Lab-grown pieces, where offered, are clearly labelled.
Coloured stones
- Natural, where specified.
- Treated or enhanced, where disclosed on the product page.
8.Warranty & Aftercare
A Cari piece is cared for, long after it leaves us.
Every piece carries a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects, along with complimentary care services in the first year.
Covered under warranty
- Defects in craftsmanship: loose prongs, faulty clasps, uneven settings.
- Plating defects within 6 months of delivery.
- Stone dislodgement due to setting failure, lifetime.
Not covered
- Damage from wear, impact, chemical exposure or accidental loss.
- Unauthorised repair or alteration by a third-party jeweller.
- Normal ageing of finish - polish and texture can be restored via our care service.
Complimentary care, in the first year
- One professional cleaning and polishing.
- One resizing, within 1 month of delivery, for rings and bracelets where size permits.
- Prong tightening and clasp inspection, on request.
Paid after-care, lifetime
- Cleaning, polishing, replating and repair services at transparent, itemised rates.
- Quote shared before any work begins. Approved in writing by you.

9.Payment & Pricing
Clear prices. No surprises at checkout.
Cari prices are inclusive of craftsmanship, finish, certification and packaging. GST is added at checkout, as applicable.
How a Cari price is built
- Gold value: weight × current Cari gold rate.
- Diamond value: as per certified cut, clarity, colour and carat.
- Making charges: a fixed, per-design amount (not a percentage of gold rate). Shown clearly on the product page.
- GST: 3% on the total, as per Government of India regulations.
Accepted payment methods
- All major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay.
- UPI: GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and others.
- Netbanking across all major Indian banks.
- Cash on Delivery, on orders up to ₹49,999.
Currency, invoicing and GST

Our gold rate is refreshed daily, in line with market movement. The rate applicable to your order is locked at the moment of successful payment.
Shipping & Delivery
- Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is complimentary across India, with full insurance and tracking, on every order.
- How long will my order take?
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2 business days. Made-to-order pieces within 10 to 14 business days. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days in metros, and 4 to 7 days elsewhere.
- Will my order be insured?
Yes, from our facility until it reaches you. Please inspect the package at delivery and report any tampering to the courier immediately.
- Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, if the order has not yet been dispatched. Write to care@carifinejewels.com as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.
- What happens if I miss the delivery?
The courier will attempt redelivery up to two times. After that, the package is held at the nearest hub for pickup. If unclaimed, it returns to us — we will reach out to reschedule.
- Is a signature required on delivery?
Yes. A photo ID and signature are required. For security, we cannot leave Cari pieces unattended.
Returns, Exchange & Cancellation
- What is your return window?
15 days from delivery, for in-stock pieces. Pickups are complimentary and insured.
- What is your exchange window?
30 days from delivery, for in-stock pieces. One exchange per order.
- Which pieces cannot be returned or exchanged?
Made-to-order and resized pieces. Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons. Pieces without their original certificate or tamper-evident tag.

Write to care@carifinejewels.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and, ideally, an unboxing video. We will replace or refund, at your choice, without quibble.
Sizing & Customisation
- How do I find my ring size?
Our size guide, linked on every ring product page, lets you measure at home with a ring-sizer or an existing ring. If you are between sizes, we recommend going up.
- I ordered the wrong size. Can I get it resized?
Yes. One resize is complimentary within 15 days of delivery, subject to the design permitting resizing. Eternity bands and certain settings cannot be resized.
- How long does a resize take?
7 to 10 business days from receipt at our facility, plus standard delivery time.
- What about bangle sizing?
Bangle sizes follow standard Indian sizing (2.4 to 2.10). If you are unsure, write to care@carifinejewels.com.
Lifetime Exchange & Buyback
- What is Lifetime Exchange?
Every Cari piece can be exchanged against a new Cari piece, at any time, at 100% of the current gold value and 100% of current market value of diamonds. Making charges are not refunded.
- What is Buyback?
Buyback lets you sell a Cari piece back to us for cash - 90% of current gold value and up to 80% of current market value of diamonds. Rates are confirmed before you decide.
- What is the difference between the two?
Exchange is used towards a new Cari piece, at full gold value. Buyback is a cash-out, at a slightly lower rate. Both are transparent and pre-declared.
- What do I need to avail either?
The original Cari invoice, authentication certificate and a government-issued photo ID matching the invoice name.
- Can I exchange or buy back a piece that is not from Cari?
Not under these policies. For Vasundhra Jewellers pieces, please reach out to us separately — we can guide you.
Care & Maintenance
- How do I look after my Cari piece?
Store each piece in its pouch or box, away from other jewellery. Remove it before swimming, sleeping, showering or applying perfume. Wipe it down with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
- Does Cari offer cleaning and polishing?
Yes. One professional clean and polish is complimentary within the first year. Beyond that, we offer itemised care services at transparent rates.
- What should I do if a diamond comes loose?
Stop wearing the piece and write to care@carifinejewels.com with photos. If covered under warranty, we repair at no charge. If accidental, we share a transparent quote before any work.
- How often should I service my jewellery?
A professional clean and prong check once a year keeps most pieces in good shape for decades.
Gifting
- Can I have my order delivered as a gift?
Yes. Select 'gift delivery' at checkout - the invoice is omitted from the package and a short, handwritten-style note can be added.
- Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Cari piece ships in our signature gift-ready packaging by default. Additional wrapping is not required — but you can add a custom note.
- Can the recipient exchange the piece?
Yes. The recipient can request an exchange within 30 days, subject to our Exchange policy. They will need the order number and original certificate.
- Do you offer gift cards?
